How tall do you have to be to Luge?
Those over 110cm tall can ride the Luge alone.
What about those under 110cm tall?
Younger children who are over 85cm in height, are able to ride with their parents so they don’t miss out on the fun.
Who can Luge?
Almost everyone! It’s easy to learn the controls and is enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
Who can ride the Skyride and Luge?
Luge: Those over 110cm tall to ride the Luge alone. Children 85cm - 110cm tall can ride the Luge in tandem, with an adult by purchasing the child doubling ticket.
Skyride: Children must be at least 135cm in height to be able to ride on the Skyride alone. Children must be at least 85cm in height to be able to ride on the Skyride with an adult
Due to safety reasons, pregnant women are unable to ride the Skyride or Luge.
What is included in a family pass/family deal?
A family pass includes Luge rides and Skyrides and can be shared among family members with at least 1 family member below 16 years old.
Can combos/family deals be split over different days or do they have to be used on the same day?
Tickets are only valid on the day of purchase. They can’t be split over different days.
What is included in the Luge/Skyride combo options?
A Luge/Skyride combo includes a Luge ride and a Skyride. You take the Skyride to the top of the Luge track, then luge down.
Can I buy my tickets online?
Selected tickets will be available for purchase online in due course.
How long does it take to ride the Luge?
To complete 1 Luge & Skyride is 15 - 20 minutes. Please be aware that during school holidays and peak hours it may take longer.
What are our operating hours?
10am – 5pm daily. Last ticket sales/redemption at 4.45pm. Please note that last ticket sales time may change without notification depending on the situation on the day. Over the summer months operational hours will be extended until sunset.
What time is last entry on the Luge?
The last ride is at approximately 5pm each night, this is subject to change depending on weather conditions. Over the summer months operational hours will be extended until sunset.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
Operations will temporarily stop in the event of thunder and lightning. Our Luge and Skyride operate as normal in a slight drizzle and will only stop in the event that heavy rain would affect your safety.
Is there any strict attire or dress code?
No there isn't, however we do recommend you wear comfortable clothing and covered toe shoes.
