Ensure that customer needs are prioritized over any other activity.
- Ensure that customer service is always of a high professional standard.
- Provide quality and safe instructions to ensure that customers have a pleasant and safe experience.
- Be in charge of the ticket station and be responsible for who enters the site.
- Ensure that all daily tasks are carried out as planned and that the sled is ready to operate at the required times.
- Maintain all standards of safety, security, hygiene and administration in accordance with applicable legislation and policies.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
