COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions

Skyline Luge Mont Tremblant is looking forward to welcoming visitors safely. As we continue to monitor the evolving situation in relation to COVID-19, we have implemented additional preventative measures in line with the recommendations of the Government.

  • What additional safety measures are being put in place?

    • Staff are equipped with protective measures such as face shields/face masks and gloves.
    • There is a mandatory 2 metres social distancing encouraged between both guests and staff members with verbal reminders, markers on the ground, signs throughout the site, and queuing stations.
    • Chairlift, helmets and luges will be disinfected after every use.
    • Mandatory hand sanitizing stations are provided for all customers upon arrival.
    • Customers will be asked a series of questions before entering the site, determining if they are eligible to ride the Luge. Please note: Customers who are experiencing symptoms, or have been in contact with those experiencing symptoms will be denied access. Customers that were out of the country in the last 14 days, or were in contact with someone that was out of the country in the last 14 days will be denied access.

Tickets can be purchased online or on-site at all Tremblant ticket booths.

Unlike preceding years, tickets are only valid for the duration of the day on which they were redeemed.

If needed, these procedures will be readjusted throughout the duration of the season.

  • Can my child ride the luge on their own?

    • Children must be at least 110cm tall to be allowed to ride the Luge alone, if they are under the minimum height they can ride the Luge in tandem with an adult (16+ years), provided they are old enough to support their own weight (walk unaided).
