  • Are there height/ weight limits to ride the Chairlift and Luge?

    Luge:

    Children must be at least 110cm tall to be allowed to ride the Luge alone.

    Children under 110cm can ride the Luge in tandem, with an adult aged 16+ years (Pee Wee Luge rides).

    Chairlift:

    Children must be at least 135cm in height to be allowed to ride on the Chairlift alone.

    Children must be at least 85cm in height to be allowed to ride on the Chairlift with an adult.

    There are no weight restrictions for the chairlift or Luge.

  • What age are children allowed to ride the Luge?

    Children must be at least 110cm tall to be allowed to ride the Luge alone, if they are under the minimum height they can ride the Luge in tandem with an adult, provided they are old enough to walk (unaided).

  • Is it possible to make bookings for large groups or team building events?

    Yes, to organise a large group or team building event please contact us via monttremblant@skylineluge.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Group/corporate pricing is available for groups of 20 people and above - please contact us for more information.

  • Do I need to make a booking or reservation or can I buy my Luge tickets at the counter?

    Luge tickets can be purchased on arrival at the Skyline Luge complex. 

  • What is the price to ride the Luge? Are there family packages available?

  • How fast does the Luge go? Am I able to control the speed?

    Our purpose-built Luge carts are gravity fuelled and the rider has full control over speed and direction using a unique braking and steering system, so the speed depends on you!

  • Is there any strict attire or dress code?

    No there isn't, however, we do recommend you wear comfortable clothing and covered toe shoes.

COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions

  • What additional safety measures are being put in place?

    • Staff are equipped with protective measures such as face shields/face masks and gloves.
    • There is a mandatory 2 metres social distancing encouraged between both guests and staff members with verbal reminders, markers on the ground, signs throughout the site, and queuing stations.
    • Chairlift, helmets and luges will be disinfected after every use.
    • Mandatory hand sanitizing stations are provided for all customers upon arrival.
    • Customers will be asked a series of questions before entering the site, determining if they are eligible to ride the Luge. Please note: Customers who are experiencing symptoms, or have been in contact with those experiencing symptoms will be denied access. Customers that were out of the country in the last 14 days, or were in contact with someone that was out of the country in the last 14 days will be denied access.
    • Groups may only complete the activity if they are from a single cohort or household.
  • Where can tickets be purchased?

    Tickets can be purchased online or on-site at all Tremblant ticket booths.

    Unlike preceding years, tickets are only valid for the duration of the day on which they were redeemed.

    If needed, these procedures will be readjusted throughout the duration of the season.

  • Can my child ride the luge on their own?

    • Children must be at least 110cm tall to be allowed to ride the Luge alone, if they are under the minimum height they can ride the Luge in tandem with an adult (16+ years), provided they are old enough to support their own weight (walk unaided).
    • For staff safety, employees may no longer accompany children.
    • If the child is deemed unfit by staff to ride the luge on their own, they must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Will the experience be different?

    Just as fun, with additional safety guidelines in place. We welcome any feedback regarding the extra safety measures - positive or other. Please email us at monttremblant@skylineluge.com.

  • Do I have to wear a face mask?

    All clients that are 12 years of age and older are required to wear a face mask at all times while at Skyline Luge Mont-Tremblant.

  • Can I wear gloves?

    Yes, although all equipment is disinfected after every use.

  • Can I bring my own helmet?

    Yes, although provided helmets are disinfected after every use.

  • Do I need to make a booking or reservation, or can I buy my luge tickets at the counter?

    Luge tickets can be purchased on arrival at the Johansen Ticket Office. Please register in the virtual queue the day of your visit, whether or not you have purchased your access in advance. Instead of waiting on-site, you will be put into a virtual line-up. You will be able to access the remaining waiting time at any time following your registration.

  • Can I check on the wait time without registering?

    Yes, simply refer to www.tremblant.ca/rdv for registering or detailed wait times.

  • Can I register before I arrive on-site?

    Yes, simply refer to www.tremblant.ca/rdv for registering or detailed wait times.

  • I've registered but I would like more time or don't want to do the activity anymore, what do I do?

    You will be given a list of commands that you can use to extend your wait times or leave the virtual queue. For example, text "M" for more time, or "L" to leave the queue.
